– carrots -sugar or substitute -milk/cream/1/2 & 1/2 -eggs -butter -vanilla -salt -cinnamon -ginger
-Cut carrots into 1" pieces. -Bring water to boil in pot. -Cook carrots for about 20 minutes or until tender. Drain -Process ingredients until smooth .
- Pour into casserole sprayed with non-stick baking spray. Bake for 30-40 minutes until set.
