Dutch Oven Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Glaze is roasted to tender perfection. The balsamic glaze is a sweet and savory sauce to brush over the pork. This tastes like a special Sunday dinner but cooks so quickly, you can serve it on a weeknight.

       ingredients: –  pork tenderloins –  olive oil - garlic cloves –salt, black pepper, onion powder, paprika – fresh rosemary and thyme – Balsamic Glaze- – brown sugar or brown sugar substitute  –  balsamic vinegar – salt, pepper to taste – Optional- trimmed string beans, sliced carrots

Combine balsamic vinegar and brown sugar and set aside. Preheat oven to 400°F.

Slice garlic cloves in half.  Cut 4-5 slits on top of pork. Place garlic and fresh rosemary and thyme into the slit. Rub oil over pork. Combine dry seasoning and rub on top of pork.

Slice vegetables in similar sizes so that they cook evenly. Heat oil in Dutch Oven and brown pork on both side for 2 minutes. .

Add veggies around the pork. Brush glaze over pork.  Roast for 15 minutes, glaze again and continue cooking 20-30 minutes. Glaze again and check internal temperature to see if it registers 145-150°F.

Let pork tenderloin rest for 5 minutes.  Remove garlic cloves and herbs before serving.
