Dutch Oven pork chops are a quick and healthy family dinner recipe.  You only need some simple ingredients and a few easy tips to ensure juicy, flavorful chops.

This dish is a great budget friendly, one pot dinner.  There are plenty of delicious pan juices from the meat and veggies.

onion, garlic zucchini, yellow squash tomatoes, sundried tomatoe thyme, salt, pepper, sage, paprika, sage, oregano, basil brown sugar balsamic vinegar parsley, parmesan cheese Bone-in pork chops, about          1/2 inch thick

how to make DUTCH OVEN PORK CHOPS

1. . Preheat oven to 325°F. 2.  Heat oil over medium heat in a large Dutch oven. .3. Fry the chops  for 2 minutes per side.  Remove to platter. 4. Heat remaining oil and fry the onions and sliced garlic.  5. Stir in the dry seasonings, tomatoes, red peppers, squash.  6. Place  the pork chops and herbs on top of veggies. Stir together the balsamic vinegar and sugar, and pour over pork.

7. Cover Dutch oven and bake in oven for 30 minutes.  8. Test the meat with a thermometer and if it registers 140°F., it is done.  Remove to platter and let rest for just a few minutes. 9. Garnish with parsley and parmesan.
