how to make the carrot casserole?

-Cut carrots into 1" pieces. -Bring water to boil in pot. -Cook carrots for about 20 minutes or until tender. Drain well. -Process ingredients until smooth. .

- Pour into casserole sprayed with non-stick baking spray. Bake for 30-40 minutes until set.

– Make sure carrots are completely cooked to insure a smooth texture. -Taste for sweetness before adding more sugar.
